Raining on Our Parade

Fourth of July. We were supposed to have a parade in our neighborhood and Evy and I had made this fun little firecracker hat and little star "wands". We had even borrowed a wagon to decorate and walk her in. But, as you can see, it rained on our parade! It started raining at about 8:00 this morning and hasn't quit.
But that's okay, 'cause this sad face didn't last long when we told her we were going to go to Mamaw and Pawpaw's after her nap! There is still fun to be had!
